OXYGENATION: an effective approach (1)
Important informations about the equipments dissolving oxygen for aquaculture: :
A reactor under pressure as cones, Aquavi ... allows to dissolve R = 0.5 to 0.7kg oxygen / Kwh
A jets platform or OXYFOX-PJ if used with a pump can achieve R = 1.0 to 1.4Kg oxygen / Kwh
An OXYFOX treating up to 400 liters/s reaches R = 2.0 to 2.5kg oxygen / Kwh
"U" Tube calculated by FOX offers the best ratio known to day R = 3.5 to 4.5kg oxygen / Kwh
These values are given as an indication for water at 14 ° C and a yield of dissolution over 85%. (+or- 5%).

The U tube is built in the ground, so it’s difficult to make photos.
References we have, show significant amounts of oxygen transferred,
depending of course on the depth of the wells, and the quality
of the recycled gases
Some samples:
Well 18 m deep, treating 250 liters/s of fresh water allows to reach outlet
oxygen level at 40 mg/l , with 85% efficency.
Well 5 m deep, treating 150 liters/s of fresh water reaches outlet
oxygen level at 25 mg/l , with a good efficency.
